"Every Feedback" table's filtering by From or To doesn't update list

On a page such as this filtering by person in the From or To columns of the table will not update the list; it seemingly reloads the data but with the original "full" list. Filtering by Round or Venue does work. This was reported for Mexico WUDC but I assume this problem isn't unique to that tournament.

This makes it difficult to locate feedback on an adjudicator in an easy way as the Feedback on Adjudicator page provides less contextual information about who submitted the feedback than a filtered table would.

This might be redundant given the feedback rework underway, but would be a valuable fix for current tournaments if doing so is easy.
