[BUG] When adding 'Toggle Heading' to cMenu, clicking it does nothing...

As the title says, I want a shortcut button for a heading, so I added it to the cMenu bar. And it appears as a large H.

PERFECT!! But when I click the button, on ANY text/different files/highlighted text/nothing happens......

The issue may be that the pop up is configured for mobile aspect ratios. If that is the case, I'm a some css config will fix the problem. I will investigate when I get home! And thank you for your issue!
