Failed in building gtk2-ubuntu package

In building gtk2 package I get this kind of error multiple times: gtk-doc.make:7: error: GTK_DOC_USE_LIBTOOL does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL and finally: autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1 ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting...

Are you using a fully updated system? I've had no issued building gtk2-ubuntu multiple times on two different systems.
