When I try to run the `python knowledge_based_chatglm.py`, I got this error in macOS(M1 Max, OS 13.2)

Seems to be a problem about SSL, maybe you can google for a solution. And by the way I tested it with Python 3.8, not sure if it's okay with 3.11.
