Allow user to configure which browser is opened when "Full Results" is clicked

A user submitted the following feature request:

Would you be able to intergrate an option to choose which browser to launch if "full report" option is clicked upon the completion of a scan? Thank you sir.

Currently, clicking the "Full Results" button will open virustotal.com in the user's default web browser.
