Remove dependency Simple OAuth

We're, at least for now, not using Simple OAuth, using HTTP Basic Authentication so it would be nice to not have to install the former.

We're looking into this. We shipped the 1.0 with simple_oauth but we're looking into adding support for other authentication methods as well.
