[ENH] Read GPX Data as GeoDataFrame using pyogrio

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Related to #334.

Pyogrio is installed with GeoPandas and allows to read GPX files using the read_dataframe method. This should be added for convenience in GemGIS.
