records: fix records 303 304

Add a message for the update of the csv files in records 303 and 304.

To do (@tiborsimko):

  • upload fixed dimuon.csv from https://cernbox.cern.ch/index.php/s/Dhh1pnHfODQ7PSD
  • upload fixed dielectron.csv from https://cernbox.cern.ch/index.php/s/wbVguNC4jB84m4v

@tpmccauley are these csv files in use somewhere that you know? There are others to be fixed, but these are most urgent as they would be used next Monday in the OD tutorial for teachers.
