CMS event display files for Run2015D

There is now a Run2015D branch for the ispy analyzers which was used for creation of the ig files. The first item is ticked via https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-comms/public-displays/run2015d

@tpmccauley This got forgotten, but we could now add these 2015 displays with some new ones from 2016 (see minioad datasets)

@jmhogan Would event displays from some simulated events be of interest? Would for example some QCD events look different from some EW processes?

@tpmccauley Is that doable (from MiniAOD)?

@katilp I'm agnostic -- certainly you can get nice differences between different simulations in the look of the event display, but you can usually also do that with some comparisons between the hadronic and leptonic type data streams.

I think that MC wouldn't add much as the differences between the datasets show a great diversity of events. I should make some 2016 events as well.

I have been meaning to update the display in the portal as well. This should be a separate issue.
