records: addition of JADE VM

Add a new JSON fixture file representing JADE VM record. The new file could be called jade-vm-2018.json or some such. Example to follow: cernopendata/modules/fixtures/data/records/cms-tools-vm-image-2012.json. You can use record ID (recid) 12000 for this new record.
