schemas: small upgrades after PR #2320

After merging the "notifications from schema config" PR #2320 we can do some small improvements:

  • [ ] check cms-stat-quest schemas
  • [ ] deploy schemas with config to PROD
  • [ ] check is_egroup_member in conditions.py
  • [ ] check custom/__init__.py
  • [ ] maybe keep only one context
  • [ ] remove commented method in schemas/views.py
