tests: Create separate search index for tests

What is the expected behavior?
Test should be using a test search instance instead of existing one.
What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?
Right now, tests uses the default instance and when using cap ui, we get 404 No index exists because after the tests the instance gets deleted and have to again initiate the search instance with no records.
