v1.3.1 I just installed extension and both css and html brings up a error when trying to validate. error reads  
If I have comments before my html code such as notes, this extension spits out all sorts of errors such as "Stray doctype" and stray html and head tags too....
First, thanks a lot for this great extension ! I use it for some years now with my students, and it proves much useful. I have some minor grief though...
