Publish to npmjs

There is already a npmjs package https://www.npmjs.com/package/gatsby-source-gdocs2md which is based on a fork of your package. The owner said he did not plan on keeping it up to date. Maybe it could be transfered? He gives this repository full credit.

I forked the repository and am creating a npmjs package - first time, but looks easy. After I am done with this project (end of August?) I will do a merge request to this repository.
