Cannot uninstall!
I cannot install the new v8 as it will not auto uninstall the current v3 , and for some reason there is no uninstall option for the v3 on my pc (win10) in the program folder or in the apps control panel O__O
Uninstall should be under Control Panel "Software" . SteamVR Leap Motion Driver

That's the problem, it isn't there -
Yet I cannot install new version as the old version is still installed (which it is, I just don't know why the uninstall stuff is missing)
would a reinstall/repair install of Alpha 3 help?

Similar issue, was using and older version, uninstalled from the programs list, failed to stop working. Tried installing and removing via the setup tool, failed to stop working. Tried deleting the drivers directly, failed to stop working
edit: Finally was able to get it removed by reinstalling Steam VR
