Add support for new boost seeds

Needs support for new boost seeds, which have a radius of 5.

Three 'tiers': Bud, Flower, Blossom. Three types: Fortune, Lifeforce, Horticrafting. So 9 total new things to support.

These only need to be placed, not connected to anything else.
