Penguin not visible on macbook pro with High Sierra

Open DutchEarthling opened this issue 6 years ago • 2 comments

Anybody suggestions why all of a sudden penguin has become invisible. I changed the opacity in preferences but it did not help. It worked a month or 2 ago. Can't remember I installed other programs that could cause conflicts, I only did some updates. Thanks in advance.

Hi @DutchEarthling, sorry for the late reply. I am suspecting that the window is spawned in somewhere not shown in your display. Did you change your display configuration in a while? (e.g. attach / detach from an external monitor / projector, or changing display resolution) I don't have macOS High Sierra with me and even if I have, I cannot reproduce this easily. My best guess is that if we reset the Penguin Subtitle Player preferences / settings, it will fix the problem.
