Page Not found with basic usage

I cannot get buffet to find any files regardless of default or custom config. I tried running your example and it works, however it is targeting version 0.4.6 of buffet. If you update this to the latest version and run the example, it only shows "Page Not Found"

Hi, the examples were a bit out of date. I updated them now, try again?

Still getting page not found.. :/ Also, because you are not requiring buffet as a dependency any more, doing npm install in the examples directory doesn't install the dependencies and it won't run.
