Custom UI using Carekit and Update the same in Carestore

I need to add a custom view in dailyPageViewController and capture the user entered data like Temperature, HeartRate, etc(Symptoms and assessments) . I have added the tasks and shown the same in the list view controller of the Dailypageviewcontroller.

When user enters the details, I should update the carekit store with the entered details(like temperature data and heart rate data) and show the same in screen as well as need to show the progress for completion

Could you please help how to add the obtained data in store and fetch the same to show in the screen and updated the progress of the ring. The captured data should flow to health app as well

I could not find a snippet for fetching details (Heart Rate and temperature) and updating to carekitstore.

How to save the HKQuantity sample in Carekitstore.
