Just started working on this, but the code [here](https://github.com/evryfs/sbom-dependency-submission-action/pull/14) looks pretty much what I was writing, so will just use that instead. Thanks @davidkarlsen 💯!

I'd say one is optimal, since we only have one set of keys now. We used to have >1 keys in the past, but I dont see that happening anytime...

Yes, redis instances in free heroku tier have one major limitation: They get cleaned up after reboots.
