Hi, I forked this project and have it working with capacitor V7. I'm not aware of the tests required to create a pull request but it's available for those who need the update.

We have it running within our app fine, however according to the capacitor docs the following are breaking changes:

• bundledWebRuntime configuration option has been removed.
• cordova.staticPlugins configuration option has been removed.

Hi @Skektec, thanks for sharing. I was just wondering, wouldn’t it be better to merge your changes directly into capacitor-community/contacts instead of starting a new project?

Unfortunately, this plugin does not seem to be maintained , refer to issue #139
