Add support for the complete unpublishing and deletion of snaps

I have a snap on snapcraft.io that I created for work at a previous client company. It is private and was never actually used as we ended up distributing the software via another method.

How do I remove the snap? I am no longer working with this company, nobody is using the snap and there is nobody to transfer its ownership to. I can't see any way on the site of deleting the app.

Setting the snap to "private" is currently the only way to prevent installs and discovery. I hope this helps :).
