Improve can/tag/ docs

Please add additional details about how can/tag/ works and how to use it. Right now, the docs show a brief example of how get-list is made available on the custom element, but they don’t explain how to format the get-list attribute (e.g. how to pass literal values like booleans and strings) and how to handle errors.
