Request: A plugin to open a chat with one of my contacts

It would be awesome if candy would have a way for me to view my contacts, and then open a chat with one of them.

it would be even better if I could add new contacts too!

I'm not sure I want quite that much, but if the slashcommands plugin could let me open a chat with a specific contact, that would be quite useful.

This is already implemented, I believe in lefttabs. Take a look at that?

@benlangfeld lettabs appears to be a plugin that.... adds a tab bar at the left? I'm not quite sure. The README isn't very helpful.

@sbrl Apologies, turns out that functionality was not included in lefttabs, but instead in a custom plugin for our app based on lefttabs. We're not actually using Candy any more (having switched to a custom-built React UI), but I'll see what I can do to get some of our custom stuff open-sourced.
