feat: allow prettier 3 as peer dependency

Fixes #134.

We've been using this package with Prettier 3 for at least a year and everything works fine.

Would be very nice to have this merged and published. Prettier 3 is widely adopted and works pretty well with this package, so the time for a release seem the only thing blocking. Thanks camacho if you feel like finding a small hour for this ;)
