I just logged on to one of the machines. I can confirm the issue is not related to insufficient drive space. I'm restarting both machines.

The Windows amd64 images have been updated and pushed to production.
We have pinpointed the issue. The build cache located at `C:\Users\gopher\AppData\Local\go-build` has grown to more than 100 GB of data. We've cleaned out the directory and are keeping an eye...
