[Minor issue] Default selection of component status on the dashboard incorrect

Hi,

very minor issue. I have an ongoing incident on a component. When accessing the dashboard, it shows it to be functioning, however the current status should be "Performance Issues":

Is this a bug or is that expected behaviour?
