When you have components which are attached to an incident, there is no way to update the status of them as part of a Record Update.

Incident is Fixed Image

No way to update the Status of Component from Update

Just ran this through a lifecycle and still looks like it's not right. Not sure if you've done any pushes @icecoldPHP on this one

@glipschitz By any chance? is you incident still not on: Fixed?

Image

Because yes i have an update where it says fixed

Image

But the status of the incident didn't change. Once the incident changes to fixed it will remove the performance issues.

Am i correct?

@glipschitz & @jbrooksuk

Also what would the best case scenario be for the components: Once the incident is fixed?

Image

Because now they are showing performance issues as in: The status they will be put until the issue is resolved.

@glipschitz I think you want it to be that once the incident has been resolved the current status is shown. But when the incident hasn't been fixed the status that has been selected is show right?

Or should it maybe be clearer if we change the status label to: Status during incident

@glipschitz I've created a draft pull request. Where I've resolved the issue with that the incident status will be automatically updated. But when i get the information about the label in the table and/or functionality. I will update the pull request and make it ready for review :)
