Feature Request: Attaching Components to Incident

1. On Incident, when attaching a Component, need to be able to add by Component Group > Component

ie Select Group from drop down, then only show the items in the group.

2. On Incident, when attaching a Component, need to be able to easily add all items in a Component Group.

ie. Select Group, Add All
