Based on NearCache topology documentation, implement the "Present" strategy

This also addresses issue #18

Apologies for the late reply. Honestly, since the issue was opened a long time ago and it is also a nice-to-have feature, I hadn't thought about it. Let me try to come up with some ideas, will try to get back to you soon.
