Better support for mining tall grass

Okay, this is kinda silly, but when mining tall grass (or double plants, I think), baritone sometimes gets stuck, probably because it's a block you can walk into. I'm not quite sure if this should be a bug report, probably it wasn't even considered in the first place since it's so silly, but it's useful for quickly getting some seeds.

Settings

Not sure if it would make sense to make it optional.

Context

Getting some seeds, placing them and waiting is my tactic for getting my first bread on anarchy servers and it would simply add another thing that can be automated by baritone.
