Add troubleshooting section

This PR adds a troubleshooting section, as mentioned in my final comment in https://github.com/c42f/RemoteREPL.jl/issues/47. This would close https://github.com/c42f/RemoteREPL.jl/issues/47.

I only have my phone not, but I agree with you other two comments (merging two points and moving them to another section). If you want to, feel free to make the changes. If not, I am back with a computer in about 3 weeks.

I cloned the files locally and finally got the changes done all propper. I believe this should be good to go, so it should be ready for another review ^_^

Thanks! Sorry for leaving this hanging.

Some of these changes were also accidentally merged as part of PR #63 . So I've taken the reviewed version from here and incorporated it manually on the main branch.

So everything here should be in main now :)
