some icons like this picture are not shown correctly. It shows elliptical instead of circular. please see this screenshot.

This was an issue in gnome shell a while ago. Which gnome version and distro(version) are you using? https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/2578
