i have an issue and it might just be me but it is not letting me set a console set command do you know how to fix this Screenshot (3) nd

You need to have launched the game before hexediting. if that hasn't been done, that file has not been created yet by the game. therefore the Multitool can not edit it.

If you did that, try playing a couple minutes, change a couple settings and see if that file has been created.
