[easy] improve documentation of `CCUnix`

The API is powerful, but signatures might be a bit overwhelming. It would be nice to have more detailed comments, that include some of the examples (see CCUnix.mli for some unit tests that illustrate how to use call_full and other functions to invoke subprocesses)
