Send email notification to project owner when someone likes their project

What would you like to share?

Whenever someone likes a project, the owner of the project should be notified by email, saying - ${likedBy} has liked your project '${projectName}'! and should be able to control notifications from Profile Settings in Preferred Notifications

You can use nodemailer or similar package for this.
