Apologies for long delay in my reply. Hopefully you saw from your logs that the issue was invalid credentials?
It’s the same username and password that you use for the meross app. Are you still getting the same error message?
and your definitely using the correct username (email) in the plugin config?
are you on the most recent version of the plugin?
which country are you based in?
