Added Chorus and Nova 2 support

I saw this was recently deprecated but this update adds support for Nova 2 and allows Chorus devices to reach full speed. Chorus also now can work on Windows 10 if paired, I noticed it was marked as not working on Windows in the device list. I am not sure if the other 8 bit devices need adjustment, I only had the two to test with.

Ok, well, this won't be landing because I'm not pushing another release of the library after saying it's deprecated. That said, I'm gonna see about porting these changes over to the rust library to make sure we're at least in sync there, so thanks for the fixes, I can use this guide to update those.

Well, 2 years later, finally remembered to add the chorus to the rust version, so thanks for that! Otherwise, bringing this repo back but as client only, so there's no server code to merge this on. Closing.
