New vehicle example

After deciding to use bullet physics engine to power a project I'm working on, I decided to share the code I made for simulating a sports car as an example on bullet example browser.

I tried to keep the code well documented and as beginner friendly as possible, describing and detailing all parts that had me confused when I was getting started.

Since this is my first ever contribution on an open source project, please let me know if there is anything that needs to be adjusted. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for contributing! Maybe we can take this into our new bullet tutorial series. I am going to keep your example in mind!
