can you try replace backbone from efficient to mobilenet?

this project quite well,I saw writer had impleted mobilenet yolov4.so why not try backbone mobilenet with yolov3?

My main job is to make video tutorials for others to learn. Training weights and uploading weights is also a very complicated job. If I have spare time and computing resources in the future, it may be modified for yolo3.

Maybe you can refer to another library you know to modify, just copy and paste
