Link to project at nuget.org broken

at https://www.nuget.org/packages/log4net.ElasticSearch/ there is a "Project Site" link which atm points to https://jptoto.github.io/log4net.ElasticSearch/ which does not exist. Maybe better change to https://github.com/bruno-garcia/log4net.ElasticSearch

Thanks for raising this. The only way to fix the link is to publish a new package. So on the next release we'll get this one sorted.

I've actually already changed it. Just didn't want to publish a package just to fix that link:
