jquery.history.js breaks the script adn return "History.js Adapter has already been loaded..." error.

Hi, I used "jquery.history.js" on two different sites and one site open into other site as an iframe. Then I got error "History.js Adapter has already been loaded..." In your github page URL: https://github.com/browserstate/history.js/pull/414/commits/2ceb43fbe77903f0df0589d76a11fb1c74d4b9fc This issue is fixed. But this code is not exist in the compressed file.

Please update it into compress file so that we can use compressed file.
