Description of the bug

Hello BrowserOS developers,

I am unable to save the Google Gemini provider. I always get the error: "Failed to save provider. Connection lost. Please refresh the page and try again."

I have performed extensive debugging and can confirm this is a bug within BrowserOS, as no network request is ever sent.

Here is what I have confirmed:

My API Key and Model ID (gemini-2.5-flash) are 100% correct. I have successfully tested them using a cURL command directly from my terminal and received a valid JSON response from the Google API.
The issue is a silent error within the app. When I click the "Save" button, the DevTools Network tab remains completely empty. The application never attempts to contact the Google API.
The DevTools Console tab also remains empty. No JavaScript errors are logged, which makes debugging very difficult.

What I have tried: I have tried every possible configuration in the "Edit Provider" form:

Setting the Temperature with a period (0.2).
Leaving the Base URL field completely empty.
Filling the Base URL field with https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com.

None of these attempts worked. The result is always the same: the error message appears, but no network or console activity is recorded. This points to a silent validation bug in the form's code that prevents the save/test function from ever being triggered.
