Failed to pair Frame on Windows 11

I tried to use Frame with Windows 11. But, I could not pair Frame. Is Windows PC supported?

At first, I reset Frame. And, I tried to detect Frame by settings of Windows 11. But, Windows failed to detect Frame as Bluetooth device.
