luarocks module is out of date

The latest package on luarocks is 0.4-1, released about three years ago. There are newer changes which would be useful to people (me, in particular). Would it be possible to update the module to include the latest changes?

can I add someone else (e.g. you to the luarocks permissions) I don't do any lua for the last few years so I can't keep track of this stuff.

@hishamhm I'm willing to take responsibility of this package on luarocks. My moonscript / luarocks handle is mdeneen.

If needed, I can fork this repo and add the rockspecs there.
