Can you elaborate on your use case for these additional meta and link tags?

I noticed there were some tags which couldn't be added and so I added additional meta and link tags

That's a great use case for meta tags. Based on the MDN documentation, there aren't too many meta tags to begin with, so I think I'll just explicitly support theme-color and color-scheme.

As for the link tags, can you give me an example of that as well?

For additional link tags, there are some like the apple-touch-icon and manifest.
