Provide static dmn analysis to detect anomalies

Some issues in dmn decision tables can be identified even before execution. The DMN Testing Plugin should be able to detect such anomalies.

A separate section in the plugin to perform static analysis.

It should identify anomalies like:

• Incomplete rules
• Conflicting rules
• Duplicate rules
• Correctly set up DRD
• ...
