Capability for the non-editing teacher role

Hey there,

I had an issue where I though my client had a bug where the certificates were being automatically deleted. Since then we have found that is not the case and teachers were deleting the certificates. We remedied this by making the teachers non-editing teachers but now they cannot see the issued certificates. Wondering if it is possible to add that? Make it so a user role can view issued certificates but not delete them.
