Downloads on Moodle Mobile App

We are using this Simple Certificate Plugin in a Moodle Installation and have users on Moodle Mobile App, currently it opens a browser window on the phone and requests a login and only than downloads the Certificate.

We would like the certificate to download to their Mobile Phones.

We have enabled "Simplecertificate plugin webservices"

To Reproduce Setup a certificate with either Force Download or for Display and use Moodle Mobile App.

Expected behavior File to be downloaded to Mobile Device

It would be great to have this on mobile. I'm looking into the plugin to see how this could be implemented.

Can we solve this by creating a web service on the plugin that replied the certificate file contents? Also create a mobile.php to render a simple download button for the mobile app.
