Is your proposal related to a problem?

SAML support ForceAuthn to indicate to the provider that they should force an authentication of the user even if already logged in.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to set a flag on the config and also maybe allow an override on the back of the OAuth 2.0 authorize request through a custom parameter.
